James Miller has been our contact person thus far. Because of his professional and thorough way of presenting our estimate and answering our questions we decided to go with MHI for our project. I will update the review as the project progresses but for now, we are very satisfied!
This review covers the estimating visit by Drew Kinnee to discuss repair of a flat roof that has leaks where it interfaces with the main roof of our house.Drew listened while I told him the history of our problem. He then described what his company could offer as a solution and guarantied it wouldn't leak when they were done.Then he prepared an estimate and the price was less than I thought it would be.Finally he prepared a contract agreement and I signed electronically. He told us when to expect the work to be done and I look forward to everything being completed as well as the estimating experience was done.
I had an incredible experience with with MHI Roofing when they rebuilt my roof damaged by Ian. From my first encounter with the very courteous and attentive James Miller, one of their sellers, to the hard work of their whole screw and the fantastic results very visible at the end of the project, I can say I will recommend this company to anyone in need of an outstanding roof service. James Miller and MHI exceeded all my expectations and couldn’t be happier. They were not the cheapest of the 4 quotes I received, but the professionalism and knowledge they had was why I chose to put my trust in them. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality and peace of mind in a roofing and seamless gutter company. From start to finish they guided me every step of the way. MHI is great overall.. but I highly recommend asking for James given his knowledge and expertise, and also his personality. Made for a fun experience and couldn’t be happier! 5 stars for sure!
My experience with this company was nothing short of amazing! My project manager, Josh, was fantastic and exceeded expectations!! He was prompt, professional, and friendly! He sent me pictures of the work throughout the day and kept me up to date. The crew was also great! Josh was also extremely concerned about making sure my elderly dog was okay with the noise and made sure the area was safe and rid of any nails before letting her out. The company definitely exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!!!
I want say I was very pleased with MHI a service very nice work. Cam came out and gave us a quote very professional very friendly and answered any question we had we couldn’t if found anyone better. The day before the roof installation started Josh called and gave us the info we needed to have the property ready during the installation Josh stayed with crew and made sure all was done well sent photos to us as project was being completed. Josh, Jose, and Connor were all fantastic to work with. Everyone was so understanding of what we needed and they worked to keep everything in budget for us. We were updated multiple times throughout the project, and it only took 1 day to do our entire roof! Everything went so smoothly and we are so appreciative of everyone's hard work! Highly recommended for all your roofing needs!
I had a very large roofing project completed by MHI Roofing this past week. I am very pleased with the quality, professionalism and how quickly the job was completed. I had 6 estimates before the job three metal three shingles. Every company told me I needed to have my back deck removed and one of my two chimneys completely repointed. Cam who came out to give me a bid was the only person who asked if we used the chimney which we do not and told me that MHI could remove it and we would never even know it was there. Cam also told me that MHI could remove the deck. MHI was the only company that told me they could do all of the work needed. I accepted MHI's proposal and a couple weeks later I was contacted by an employee who went over the complete job to make sure everything was correct. The production manager Andrew was great not only did he schedule the job and go over the entire project with me he also showed up to deal with some unforeseen issues. Josh and Aaron who were the onsite supervisors and their crew were awesome. I was asked each day if I had any questions or concerns. There were unforeseen issues that both Josh and Aaron dealt with incredibly well. The job was completed in three days and completed with high quality. The grounds around my house were left cleaner than before the job started. I'm a working class person so having to borrow and spend 20K on a big roofing project I was very worried I'd pick the wrong company. Thank God I picked MHI Roofing!
We had some storm (wind/hail) damage to our roof . Booked an appointment with Theresa, she sent Jeff out that Saturday. He inspected and explained all options with great detail and set us up with different estimates and even helped us with our stubborn insurance company! I signed off on one option and changed my mind a few days later. Jeff was always on top of making sure we were taken care of and made the process super smooth. Financing was super easy and approved within 10 minutes. The payments are also affordable. I got a call just a few days later for them to come and start the job. Josh and his crew came out today and they are extremely fast workers. I was updated with pictures each step that was finished. Super friendly employees every step of the way and Great company! 10/10 recommend!
