My roof was in bad shape and I didn't; even realize it because it wasn't apparent to my untrained eye. My insurance company dropped me, so I was in a scramble to get my roof replaced. I had heard horror stories from a couple friends about hiring contractors that didn't have a a strong history of quality work, so I wanted to go with a company that was reliable, insured, and efficient. MHI wasn't cheap, but with the construction costs these days, you get what you pay for and I wanted a roof that would outlast me. My contact at MHI, Keith B. is fantastic! He went above and beyond to make sure a pesky 30+ year old satellite dish was removed from the side of the roof. I can rest easy about my roof now!

Cabor Raush the roof inspector was 5 stars on everything He did from outside the roof to my dining room table breaking down details with answers & the knowledge of the company products, a. Real people person & good salesman.

I found the entire process to be quite smooth and relatively easy. As with any project of this size there were a few minor glitches but Keith and MHI worked quickly and efficiently to rectify and resolve any issue. I am very pleased with the work done. Keith and MHI were great to work with and I would recommend MHI.

Finn did a wonderful inspection from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took time to thoroughly explain everything he found. The attention to detail and honest recommendations were great, I highly recommended Finn & MHI to anyone in need of a honest roof inspection!
