John at Mhi was excellent with everything from explaining and helping us so we could get a new roof. And friendly service. Highly recommend him and MHI. The whole process was great.

Was looking for only an estimate on our roof repair. Cabor Roush came out to talk to us. He was extremely approachable and respectable. We had talked to several different companies trying to get an estimate on our slate roof, nobody wanted to touch it. Between that and the company's great pricing plans. We decided to work with their company on the spot. Give them a chance you won't regret it.

Had a great experience with MHI in the Morgantown area. Other big names in the area gave me weeks of wait time or wouldn’t pick up their phones. Which is a problem with an active leak. MHI had two guys on my roof inspecting the leak within 4 hours of my original call. Charles and Cabor were both respectful and knowledgable. Spent probably 2 hours on my roof and in my attic assessing the whole situation which I greatly appreciation the attention to detail.Unfortunately I did need a new roof but MHI set everything up and had people out within a few weeks to replace everything in 3 total days. They delivered on time frame promised and cleaning up from the previous roof. They ran the metal detectors for a long time to make sure no nails would be left to hurt my dogs or children in the yard. They worked around the cold weather and snow to get the job done asap.Alex was in charge of the project for my house. He came out 2 days before Christmas to patch the leak in my roof before the new roof could be put on. He was there everyday during the roof replacement and updated me along the way. He also came out asap to replace a shingle the wind blew off after the roof was replaced. Really couldn’t ask for better service. The roofing team was awesome, they seemed to out do the goal set every day by a long shot.Overall would recommend MHI to anyone looking for a roofing company in the Morgantown area. They were professional, responsive, hard working and respectful from start to finish.

Christian and Xavier were very professional and sweet. They did a full inspection and showed us all our issues. A bunch that we didn’t even know about. They helped us and explained everything. Made it super affordable and fit it in our budget. Highly recommend MHI roofing!

John and Charles showed up on time and were very friendly and informative. I was impressed with their knowledge and how they took the time to explain things in a way I could understand. They answered all my questions and were very thorough.

Cabor was very professional and polite. He took his time and answered all of our questions. He was on time and didn’t rush our appointment. He was knowledgeable and explained everything very well. He was great to work with!

I’ve hired MHI twice now. The first time they had to fix a bad roof job that had poorly intstalled skylights. They re-installed each skylight correctly and I never had any leaks again. I’ve since moved to a new property with a very run down building that needed a complete roof reconstruction. I thought MHI was going to turn me away but they actually took on the project and by the end I was blown away. They even left the inside better than they found it. I was speechless. Truly a great company that cares about costumer satisfaction.

Alex was great through the process! He kept us updated throughout the day so that we knew what was going on and was very thorough. We had a great experience with a partial replacement of our roof.

Keith Hamilton came out and gave me a free inspector and a great price on a roof! I plan to move forward MHI once I move around some of my finances!

Cabor came and did a roof consult with us, took videos and pictures of what the roof looked like, explained what was in our best interest, and helped through the signing process. He was a pleasure to work with and highly recommend him!
