I saw their add on TV and online and they were everything they said! Cooper came out and did a fantastic job, he checked everything out that needed done in a timely manner. MHI is a very reliable company.

John inspected my roof and I was impressed with the experience. He was on time, professional, friendly, and very thorough (he even climbed through my hot attic!). He took video/pictures, then walked me through everything he found, and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. John never made me feel pressured (very important to me). I could tell he knows what he's doing and cared about helping me making an important decision regarding my home. If you’re in Morgantown and need a roof, I'm confident John is the person you want to work with.

Finnigan, from MHI Roofing, came to inspect and evaluate our roof for a job quote. He was very courteous, professional, and very thorough with the inspection/evaluation. Another review will be left for MHI when the work is done; but, our experience with Finn was great and detailed. Everything he pointed out falls in line with issues brought up with our home inspector. Thanks, Finn.

First phase review: The assessment. Had a leak in my kitchen ceiling that was not caused by plumbing. A storm knocked down a pine tree next to the house a few months back and thought that might be the cause. So, I requested an estimate through Mhi website and received a call within 24 hours. Customer Svc scheduled a sat appt for me to fit my schedule.Jarod & Josh showed up right on time. Very polite, professional, respectful of my property and just super guys to spend time with. We talked for about 45 minutes before they did their assent of my roof, which included a visit to my very messy (and apparently mildew infected) attic. Then, they went outside on one of those 20 degree days, climbed up on the roof to assess, and walked my garage roof taking photos and videos of the whole ‘project’.Once their evaluation was done, they showed me HUNDREDS of pictures and videos they took while explaining the issues that they found.What really impressed me most was their knowledge and obvious passion about proper roof installation. They spent a lot of time (because I ask a lot of questions 🙂 explaining why my roof failed, the importance of heat/moisture control - which comes from proper air flow, and how Mhi roof installers are trained. It’s comforting to know that the company provides a trade-school type environment that teaches all their installers the same - correct - way of installing shingles and repairing roofs. Any monkey can watch a YouTube video and nail shingles to a piece of decking. But it takes a professional who is devoted to their trade to learn WHY it should be done a particular way: preventing future problems and premature failure. They had a suitcase of delightful roof props that make a geeky handyman absolutely salivate with girlish glee. And when they explained their technique for flashing?! Lost.my.mind.They helped me complete the financing process and I signed a contract. Now I await the install.Josh & Jarod set the bar high to be sure. I hope the installers can cash the check these guys wrote for the company!I will provide further updates as the install progresses but so far, so very good!.**UPDATE**I hesitated to write a follow up review earlier as I wanted to wait until I was able to write one final review but it seems this may be my last update.The roof replacement went well the first week of March. A few hiccups at the beginning but the team jumped right in and worked very VERY hard for two full days: even in the midst of a torrential rain storm. Both roofs looked great & the crew cleaned everything down to the last errant nail. I have nothing but compliments for the team who installed the roof.I think.HOWEVER. Four days after the roof was replaced, corner caps blew off from two sides of the roof. I called Mhi who said they would relay the message to the warranty department (?). Made numerous calls & left MANY messages and spoke to too many people to remember. I was on the schedule, but no one showed. Finally reached “THE GUY” who said I’d be on the schedule the next day. Two months since the roof install & three weeks since I was scheduled for “the next day” & still no roof repair & no follow-up from anyone from the company. And as I wait I see more & more of the underlay being blown around and ripped. Dozens of significant rain storms in the last two months & still, roof not fixed.While they did a bang up job selling me their “Premium” package that was said to to assure “concierge” service and “24 hour response guarantee” I’ve yet to really see either of those. I could have spent $25k to a random Bob’s Roofing Company, but I chose to spend more than SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS to a company who pledges a “25 year leak guarantee” and a Home Protection Package. I’ve all but given up on either.Cannot say at this point I would recommend this company. While they may install a roof well, if you have any issues after they are not very responsive in rectifying them or reaching out to communicate a remedy for them.

Cabor was very informative and thorough! This is our first home and have never dealt with roofing issues. With all the solid information we received we feel we were able to make an informed decision to have our roof replaced. Would highly recommend!!

Charles from HMI came to my home to give me a quote on my roof. I have never had anyone be so informative and thorough in their inspection. He went through my home with me to check for water damage and then on the roof and made a video to show me of all damages. Absolutely no pressure to use their company for the repairs and showed me different payment options that they offer if I do choose them. Willing to work with insurance as well. He had materials and samples to show me of what may/could be used. So thankful and appreciative of his patience and kindness in answering all questions and concerns.

Charles and Xavier spent their time with my husband and I and educated us on what our roof needs. Their professionalism made us feel confident in the work their company does.

Xavier and Jake were extremely helpful during the inspection. They expressed the concern but there was no pressure to proceed. After many of questions I asked they just didn't answer, they explained and made sure I understood before proceeding. It wasn't a sells pitch. They truly believe in the products they use and the work they do. They were very friendly, helpful and professional. I am excited to see the finished look with no worries. Migel and Josue were extremely helpful and the communication throughout the whole process was continuous. They answered any questions and explained in detail with photos while they were on the roof. The most impressive part was that they got the house, garage and shed done in 1 day. They came back to clean up the next day. Awesome job and service. Highly recommended!!

Had a leak in my kitchen during a storm. After a call on a sunday to MHI, Finn was able to get here in 2 days. He was perfectly on time and very personable. Best of all, the work he did for me was extremely thorough.Within an hour of showing up at my house, Finn not only showed me a video of the hole in my roof, but had a quote ready for me. He had materials to show me and proved he was more than competent.At the end of answering all of my questions, Finn even went back up on my roof in the dark and put a covering over the hole in my roof with only a headlamp.I am confident I will be getting quality service when the crew comes to replace my roof in 2 weeks.
