The Responsibilities
- Set and meet sales goals per year as agreed with the Sales Manager.
- Self Generate leads through networking, canvassing, and social media
- Run appointments on pre-set leads. Document customer needs with photos/video during the inspection and submit signed contracts to the office.
- Attend scheduled inspections with existing and prospective customers as they are set.
- Create estimates that meet customer needs by identifying their priorities.
- Assist and guide customers through optional financing programs.
- Be knowledgeable and inform customers about product upgrades and advanced protections packages.
- Learn & utilize several different software platforms efficiently
- Be a team player with a positive attitude

Pay: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00+ per year

Full Job Description
The Customer Experience Manager (CEM) manages key client projects. This includes the coordination and completion of projects on time, and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project. Prepare reports for the Production Manager regarding the status of the project as required.
- Work directly with clients to ensure projects fall within scope and budget
- Lead and direct the work of others
- Accept ownership for projects
- Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Perform a variety of tasks related to the successful completion of the project
The duties of the position include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate Internal Resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
- Manage changes to project scope schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Manage relationship with the customer
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Report and Escalate to Management as needed
- Perform Risk Management to minimize risk on projects
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Working conditions
The CEM will be performing their duties in all outdoor climates including, heat, cold, and rain. Safely setting up and climbing ladders are also a requirement. Extensive field time out of the office is a condition of the CEM
Physical requirements
The ability to carry and set up a 32’ ladder is a requirement of the position. This is an in the field position with lots of hands-on responsibilities

Roofing Repair Technicians, repair roofs, siding, soffit/fascia, and gutter systems on residential homes. Use a variety of materials such as metal, aluminum, wood, shingles, and caulking. Roofing Repair Technicians will repair leaky roofs, replace broken tiles, or seal areas to make them watertight.
- Perform Roof Pre-Inspections
- Measure and Cut Project Materials
- Install Roofing materials including shingles, flashing, and potentially skylights
- Complete Site Setup and Clean Up
- Perform a variety of tasks related to the successful completion of the job
Working conditions
The Roofing Repair Technicians will be performing their duties in all outdoor climates including, heat, cold, and rain. Safely setting up and climbing ladders are also a requirement. Extensive field time out of the office is a condition of the Roofing Repair Technicians
Physical requirements
The Roofing Repair Technicians is a physically demanding job and the need to be able to lift a bundle of shingles (100 lbs.) as well as a roll of underlayment and ice and water guard is needed to successfully perform the role. The ability to carry and set up a 32’ ladder is a requirement of the position.
This is an in the field position with lots of hands-on responsibilities
Prior Roofing Experience is required.

MHI Roofing is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging various social media platforms, including personal social media accounts, Facebook groups, Nextdoor app, and other relevant channels to generate leads for our roofing projects. This is an exciting opportunity to earn a competitive income while working remotely and contributing to the success of MHI Roofing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Engagement:
– Regularly post and engage with relevant content on personal social media accounts to attract potential roofing project leads.
– Actively participate in and manage Facebook groups and Nextdoor app discussions related to roofing and home improvement to identify potential leads. - Lead Generation:
– Utilize social media platforms and other online channels to identify and qualify potential roofing project leads.
– Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages from interested individuals and homeowners.
– Build and maintain a database of potential leads for follow-up and conversion. - Lead Conversion:
– Collaborate with the homeowners via social media to convert qualified leads into appointments for roofing consultations.
– Provide accurate and detailed information to potential clients to encourage project bookings. - Performance Metrics:
– We Track and report on key performance metrics, including the number of appointments scheduled and projects sold through our customer branded app. - Bonus Structure:
– Earn $15 per confirmed appointment scheduled.
– Earn $150 for each roofing project successfully sold.
– Receive a $300 bonus for every three roofing projects sold.
– Opportunity to earn $3,000+ per month based on performance.

These are preferred qualifications:
- Proven experience with social media marketing and lead generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Knowledge of the roofing or construction industry is a plus but not required.
