There are three pathways a Master Elite roofer can choose to earn the award. These include the:

1. Performance Pathway. This recognizes those who participate in activities that focus on giving their clients the best possible service, quality and protection. A reliable roof repair and replacement contractor must install and register 50 Golden Pledge® Limited Warranties, achieve a minimum of 2 consecutive years of Triple Excellence award, and earn a minimum of 4.5 consumer ratings in the qualifying year.

2. Reliability Pathway. This honors contractors who have a long history of providing their clients with the best quality and protection. The roofer should have at least 7 consecutive years of installing and registering 10 Golden Pledge® Limited Warranties in every year, including the current qualifying year.

3. Service Pathway. This is earned by roofers who are consistent with offering their clients the best protection available in today’s market. The contractor must install and register warranty revenue in excess of $60,000 during the qualifying year.
